It was not a big hit in the theaters however it did very well in the home and on cable. Ward appeared on screen in Shallow Hal in the year following, in which she was a supporting character. Ward has appeared in a variety of direct-to-DV movies in addition to having appeared in several guest roles on a range of television shows. The most notable is Friends. In 2009she was cast as Chloe Kmet, the mother to a little girl on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. In private, she was married to David C. Robinson. The couple was blessed with a son named Cameron.
